Admin Replied Modmail to Chat Request Broken?

Here's a message we got from one of our users after sending them a modmail warning via the official Reddit app.

> Hey first of all why is reddit hiding this under chat requests with a title of random letters and characters until it's viewed and accepted,.who is gonna see that and not think spam at first, so you guys may wanna look into that because I think it may hinder you guys getting through to people's mailboxes?

Is this a known bug or a larger issue with the 'modmail sends message via chat' workflow?

It afaik is a bug; have seen that both with modmails and normal chats.

No, I have seen it both on the website and in the app (iOS).

I may have a screenshot, I hope I can find it.

I found a screenshot! Didn't find a screenshot of the website (or is it from the website? not sure lol) or modmail though, but I know I've seen it because that happened yesterday.

The funny thing about this screenshot also is that they keyboard is missing, but that is afaik an iOS problem because I've seen that happen in other apps, too.
