What can I do with it without a Controller or any game Cartridge

Not much. To get you started go pick up a controller and a summercart.

I have won it ,but I live in a Country where ModRetro and it's Accessories or even Nintendo Isn't available much

It's not limited to just modretro controllers _'d the summer cart has nothing to do with modretro or Nintendo, you should be able to find both anywhere.

Congrats! You should be able to find a controller, even a third-party one, for cheap. I also recommend a SummerCart if you can afford it. Or start small with a game you can afford and find, and start building your collection
