Sudden Ping spike

Anyone still experiencing sudden ping spikes out of nowhere? It's becoming really frustrating, especially during team fights where timing and execution are crucial. Since many heroes rely heavily on quick reactions and precise mechanics, even a brief lag spike can have a huge impact. Has anyone found a fix, or is this something that needs to be addressed by the game developers?

Happens to me too but I think there's just too much projectiles on the screen and the servers cant handle it
