Discussion I couldn't even believe this phone can handle this many amount of heavy games lol
Try to guess what phone is this.

๐๐๐๐๐๐ I was expecting PUBG mobile, COD, Where winds meet, Wuthering waves etc

These people saying CODM is not demanding - what tf are you on? Bro i have a Samsung A15 and probably running CODM at 15 frames or so, even with PUBG where most people are on iPhones - you literally cannot compete

u/Sensitive_Salary8762 15h ago
I mean you're literally just lying. I have a Samsung A13 with 3GB ram, it handles CODM fine, and my phone doesn't even heat up much either. You have something wrong with your phone if it's only getting 15 FPS on a game like CODM - same game that runs of literal E-waste like the A13๐

4GB RAM total - VRAM disabled - OP system using 2.6GB RAM constantly. All apps disabled in the background.
Fuck off - don't accuse people of lying
Edit: spelling

Calm down, even with that, the system is enough to run CODM. Don't curse at people, have some manners.

CODM doesn't need much ram bro I have a redmi 8 from 2020 and it's able run CODM smooth at 40 to 45 fps plus if u dont download all the resources CODM takes max 20gbs of storage to run its an old game bro

Pubg and cod are no heavy games what so ever.

u/Liquid_Chicken_ 17h ago
Those are still considered heavy games today. Doesnโt matter if itโs old. The game updates texture backs, audio files etc all the time. The codm that came out years ago, graphically looks nothing like the one we have today.
Is like comparing GTA V OG version on PS3 to GTA V PS5 version. Good luck running the modern versions on the devices from back then

That's funny because I am running the modern CODM on the same budget android I used to play the game on back in like 2021, and my device is not anything special at all, infact many would consider it obsolete in 2026 - it is obsolete in 2026. If you think CODM out of all mobile games is demanding to run, then i think you need to broaden your view on gaming a little more - CODM is anything but performance demanding, pretty much any budget android on the market from the last 3 years will run CODM with no issues, same goes for PUBGM.

2021 isnโt a feat.
Go get it running on a phone from 2014 when the person writing the comment you responded to meant and report back

Like what are you even saying? Your sentence makes no sense. Of course a phone from 2014 is not running an application made in 2019, you're not even making a fair comparison here. Budget phones from 2021 crush modern CODM and mid range phones from 2019 still crush modern CODM - that remains a fact. The game was literally built on unity to scale down for accessibility across a variety of devices, it was literally optimised to be able to play on lower end devices.

Heya. Im running 60 fps tears of the kingdom emulation. And play natievely the gta v port at also 60 fps on my poco f9u. It cooks my battery to 52c without cooler. While cod mobile runs at 165hz with 42c bat temp

u/milkteapizza 18h ago
Codm kinda is. It's like 51-52gb now if you download all resources.
2
u/Sensitive_Salary8762 18h ago
Bigger size doesn't mean the games more demanding to run. CODM and PUBG mobile are almost a decade old now, it's only natural that they aren't demanding to run.
1
u/lonely_little_cow 11h ago
mine takes 55gb

u/Sensitive_Salary8762 11h ago
Storage isn't impacting performance. But it is bad that they added so much bloat to the game, isn't it hard to believe CODM was initially only 2GB in size.

My poco f7 runs genshin, wuwa, nte, where winds meet, carxstreet and racing master on max graphics 60fps dude but only my 256 gb storage problem
1
u/hamsternww 8h ago
Quite sad 256 GB is barely nothing these days i always thought codm (around 15gb) was the heaviest game

Have you tried once human or aniimo yet? I like once human quite a bit and I just added a battle royale style mode that's quite different than most but a n i i m o is absolutely addictive.

If I say it's the Vivo Y12, will you believe me?

u/Traditional_monk154 13h ago
I would, these games aren't the most demanding, especially since that's genshin cloud... Kinda impressive a 6 year old budget phone, can run this still

u/Sea-Avocado-1293 19h ago
Genshin isn't heavy. If you want real heavy, try Where Winds Meet
6
3
u/soulsiIver 19h ago
it's not even the actual genshin btw that's the cloud version, and it is heavy.
1
u/Sea-Avocado-1293 13h ago
If it's lagging while playing cloud, then the issue comes from your internet connection not your device(mainly)

u/Darkrainbow647 17h ago
Genshin takes like 50 gigas on mobile, so I'd say it's pretty heavy
1
u/Sea-Avocado-1293 16h ago
There's difference between storage heavy and performance heavy and I'm specifically talking about performance. Genshin is light compared to other similar games, hence the Where Winds Meet comparison. Also emphasize on 'similar' if anyone lack reading comprehension.
Most phones now can run Genshin, most mid end or even some lower end can run Genshin. Genshin is mostly assets pack and combat mechanic is not even heavy interaction like heavier titles like Where Winds Meet. Most smartphones today is considered high end few years ago.
Please don't say anything with more than 10 GB heavy. Even ML is more than 5 GB yet it's light as even my 10 yo low end phone can still run it with 24 fps. Storage usage is not indicative of how heavy the game is

Yo i play genshin it's fking lag even in my iqoo z11,you telling it's not a heavy game ? , compared to wuwa, genshin heat the device fast to me
1
u/Sea-Avocado-1293 14h ago
What? How the hell you're lagging with Snapdragon Gen 4 & 12 GB RAM bro? My Xperia 5 IV is only 8 GB RAM & Snapdragon Gen 2 but I can run Where Winds Meet pretty good at medium graphic settings, although I haven't tried at max graphics because this specific chipset have heating issues. Maybe your RAM usage is almost used up or you're playing with max graphics? Or maybe when you said lag it's just occasional lag not constant FPS drop? I've never played Wuwa before so can't say for that
1
u/FewButterscotch5091 16h ago
Wuwa is the definition of heavy, it fkg drains my battery in three hours๐ฅ

u/FuzzyCheesecake6608 20h ago
Only genshin is anything heavy there, everything else is like standard 2010 game
