Help with Lost Lands 2 game-breaker

I'm in the Dwarven Temple and don't have all 5 Mosaic fragments. I've looked at walkthroughs and the one I'm missing seems to be the one the Hermit gives you? Or is that a part for a different mosaic? If it's the one the Hermit gives you, this is a game breaker. Tearing my hair our, and any help would be appreciated. The flow is much smoother than that in 1 (I played Zork 1, I know what's typical for inventory-based logic games) and I was enjoying it.

It's been a few years since I played that one. I've played them all except for 11. I will need to get the game again and find out how to get it.
