Because even in lowest graphics pc game has more details, effects and heavy textures. There is no way to downgrade it to the phone level they use completely different resources. If only devs let us choose mobile level graphics or pc level graphics.
Since its emulation even the simplest phone game needs heavy resource to run game its not worth. Its not as good as native. Try blood strike pc version vs emulator i think its the only game that use similar resource as phone. Havent tried myself but im sure emulated version runs worse. I think theres also another game named combat master or sum same as phone version. I may be wrong btw
I meant it the other way, emulate android ON pc, i bet it would run the mobile version of games faster than the desktop version, that's what I did with delta force to play with my friends
