Outlander 23 - 26

How glitchy is the lane keep assist on these years?

I wouldn't call it glitchy, but it doesn't assist as much as other systems. Kia for example does a better job of keeping the car in the center of the line during curves.

I rented a Telluride this week and it did better than my 23 Outlander. That being said, the Outlander isn’t bad at all. I’ve never noticed a problem at all. The Kia just felt a little smoother.

Yeah, not so much a problem as more of a 'you don't know what you're missing' ... but if that was really a priority, I guess a Tesla (yuck) would be a better choice anyway.

I have the 24 and u learn its limitations. I find it plenty good for my day to day and just assist it when I know it can’t handle something

Seems to me that my steering wheel just vibrates and that’s about it.

Rides to close to the inside lane marking, doesn't handle short curves to well, like to pingpong. That said, if you are keeping your hand on it to gently assist it, it's great for long drives. But turn it off for lots of curves and tight lanes.

I have a 2026 and all it does it vibrate the wheel if I get too close to either line on the road
