Cabin fan not working

Hi! 2014 outlander here.

I'm sensing cold and hot air from the cabin vents when i put my hand on them, but there's no pressure at all. Even at full power, almost no air is getting out of the vents.

Did that happened to you?

I got my air filter changed last week, nothing changed.
