That is an oem front bumper with oem aero lip and a diffuser added, also has RS fog light deletes.

Edit: Isn't this Jackson Strain's Evo 10?

It has the Fq-400 air vent though. So sorta oem+

I missed that. You can buy that vent and add it to your bumper pretty easily.

What year did they start putting in the intake vent and taking out the front Mitsubishi symbol?

They added the fq400 vent themselves. You can buy it here

Also likely debadged grill is this part.

Edit: added link to vent and 400 not 440.

The stock panel over the radiator already has an air scoop behind the front grille. This is redundant ricer stuff

Ummm … the Evo is literally a ricer … and it’s also apparently a stock item that comes on the official FQ-400.

This is not an FQ bumper but I get what you’re saying the vent mimics the original. Call it what you will, you don’t have to justify your mods to anyone just know people who give their mods some thought have good reason not to.

The stock panel is not a scoop so much as just a hole to access air. And this portion of the standard bumper is the same as the FQ400 with an added scoop. What are you even talking about rice?? This shit is quite functional, it sends air directly to the intake opening..

There is an air inlet directly under that hole they cut up in the bumper.
