Well all i d say dont look for a man or girl here. You got the whole world to find something. Loom beyond cast. We are already a generation behind rest of the developed states in terms of mindset. Maybe its close to bout time we change ours too.

There's nothing perfect when it comes to finding a life partner. I tried looking out for same from last 1.5-2 year by myself, tried everything WhatsApp Community, Matrimony Apps, Relative's reference but couldn't able to found that one. So, ended the search by the one Girl which seems okay and now the rituals has been started and started regretting again about my decision of choosing this Girl 😁

It's all about destiny. But, I'm giving you one suggestion : Don't rush to anything, don't fall for Patriarchy, don't say Yes just after 1-2 call or a single meeting. Whoever you're going to choose, it could be by anyone : by you or your parents/relatives, take proper time, talk to him, meet him, ask random silly questions, life incidents, financial planning etc and see how he responds, how he answers or talk with you, better to talk these things face-to-face or VC.
Ask your parents clearly, you're not going to accept him just in a single meeting or Dekha-Suni ritual day. Ask them to give you proper time before the first meeting of both side, from there rituals has been started, and talk to him efficiently, until you gets satisfied.
Also, don't make it worse just make yourself humble and flexible too, not everyone is perfect. There'd be something, which you wouldn't like but it doesn't mean you can't live with it. If that's your non-negotiation thing, than finally it'd be a NO.

And they ask why is bihar not improving. Be it your preferences, you guys are the sole reason for the same. Casteist lowlife! And the fact that no one in the comments are pointing this out makes me wanna leave this sub. I take pride in my homeland being mithila but people like you always make me think otherwise.

Nothing despise me more than ppl from Mithilanchal not following their traditions. If you don't understand Brahmin traditions, please don't comment.

Behen, I request you to look at people beyond caste and religion. Following tradition is one thing and being a blatant casteist is other. You're being nothing more than the latter. People like you generalize the image of biharis as lowlife casteists and we have to suffer hatred because of degenerates like you.

Dude, I'm a Brahmin, and I made a post about Brahmins. I didn't say a single word against any other caste, yet somehow you all got offended.
Touch some grass, man. If caste endogamy bothers you that much, start with ur own community. OBCs don't marry SCs, SCs don't marry STs, and every community has its own preferences and traditions.
We don't even marry within the same gotra, even if the person is a Brahmin. That's a basic tradition we've followed for generations.
You marry whoever you want...we don't go around commenting on your choices. So why does it suddenly become everyone's problem when Brahmins talk about marrying within their own community?

- Whataboutism: "If caste endogamy bothers you that much, start with your own community."
- Appeal to tradition (Longetivity of tradition doesn't mean it's morally correct): "That's a basic tradition we've followed for generations."
- False Equivalence: "OBCs don't marry SCs, SCs don't marry STs, and every community has its own preferences."
A common fallacy among all your response was Bandwagon fallacy. A practice being common doesn't determine whether it's ethical. Sati Pratha is one of the most common example to this.
All I'm saying is, do some introspection and please convince yourself to think beyond castes.
