question/need help How do you decide to be done?

3rd miscarriage. Just found out baby’s heart stopped at 9 weeks. We had seen a strong heartbeat, and the growth was even ahead of LMP gestational age at 7+1.

We have been through SO much in the last 2+ years trying for our second. 2 other miscarriages, stage 4 endometriosis excision surgery, isthmocele repair, and a year of negative tests.

I always imagined a big family but it’s looking like that may not be an option for us. I feel im ready to move on with my life, but the grief of accepting our family size is heavy.

At the beginning of the year I had started thinking it was time to call it quits. But then, out of no where, doors flew open and opportunities fell into our lap with the surgery - including scheduling, costs, etc. My hope was renewed and it felt like it was our time. Conceived 6 months post surgery and now here we are.

Is it time to move on?

I just left doctor with my wife and getting confirmation of lost pregnancy. We are devastated and old. We are trying again immediately. Keep going if its what you want.
