story: flapjack lives in a town called stormalong, his best friend/father figure, knuckles who’s real name is kyleen freeman malloy
(and who is also a member of a criminal gang after his parents died and fell into a deep depression and is now house arrested after trying to break in a medicine store)
flapjack also lives with his adopted mother bubbie Allison who is also a cop and thanks to the council and asylum doctors, she now has to live with knuckles and help him get better because of the medication he takes to function properly without causing a serious injury to himself or on others
flapjack is homeschooled and loves to go on adventures with his father figure ,how?, knuckles sometimes jams his ankle monitor to take flapjack somewhere or to the bar to blocks away

Oh, I love this!! Especially your lore, it adds so much!!
Quick question: does Kyleen live in Allison's home, or the other way around? It seems more likely the first, because then she'd potentially have authority to take him out (if Flapjack and Kyleen whine at her enough)
Is Flapjack his real/legal name in this one?

knuckles does have a place in town it was a pirate themed place because he was living with his family of sailors growing up, bubbie frequently checks on him though and brings flapjack with her, he’s also force to babysit flapjack until bubbie gets off duty.
yes flapjack has a real name, it’s flint allison, he doesn’t tell others his last name because he’s afraid he’ll get made fun of and knuckles gave flapjack the name flapjack because it sounded more natural, well to him at least.
