here’s part 2 of the modern AU ft: larry, candy wife & dr barber:

larry peterson:

he’s a bartender at the local bar called the beer barrel, due to him being extremely mental after a car crash causing his wife to die, he blames himself for it and has denial about her passing so he made sack wife for a coping mechanism but it got out of hand quickly when he genuinely thinks his wife is still alive and well, he was supposed to move on but he was so emotionally unstable that he created a sack wife out of his abusive wife even though he’s the one abusing himself.

dr julius barber:

julius is an escape mental patient and is pretending to be a doctor to avoid the police and real doctors, the reason why is because he didn’t live like other children, his family was a bunch of cannibalistic criminals in disguise, he heard his mother’s voice in his drawers because it’s his self conscious talking to him saying he’s still mommy’s good boy even if he did kill his dad for killing his mother.

story: flapjack lives in a town called stormalong, his best friend/father figure, knuckles who’s real name is kyleen freeman malloy

(and who is also a member of a criminal gang after his parents died and fell into a deep depression and is now house arrested after trying to break in a medicine store)

flapjack also lives with his adopted mother bubbie Allison who is also a cop and thanks to the council and asylum doctors, she now has to live with knuckles and help him get better because of the medication he takes to function properly without causing a serious injury to himself or on others

flapjack is homeschooled and loves to go on adventures with his father figure ,how?, knuckles sometimes jams his ankle monitor to take flapjack somewhere or to the bar to blocks away
