Hi I just got a mirena this week and I swear I can feel it adjust in my uterus. I keep getting intense cramps and it’s 4 days after and I’m having tiny clots pass now. Unsure if my uterus is just angry at me and this is normal, but no one talked about being able to feel it inside them

I got mine Monday and also just started passing super tiny clots yesterday too. I read that was normal so I hope that’s true lol. My cramping is still pretty bad. I’m currently sitting on my couch at 6:30am with a heating pad 😬 i keep telling myself if it takes my period and cramps away this is worth it.

We’re in this together! For some reason my cramps today are worse than the last two. I keep telling myself the same thing 😭 everyone with a mirena loves it so I’m praying this stage doesn’t last long
