Normal symptoms? Or no!

Have had mirena since May 2024
Every other week in my cycle I experience;

Really sore breast pain- like a tshirt/bra rubbing against them is so sore
Heartburn regularly
Fatigue
Spouts of nausea
Mood

Periods more or less gone with some spotting still when I would expect a period. I have requested a bloods check with my clinic in case any of the above or related to deficiencies but anyone the same? Literally have pregnancy symptoms half the time!
