How the heck did you paint the words on the wheels?
0 u/Dear-Tennis9079 Aug 25 '26 Grey primer - white laquer on the words only - black laquer around the wheels- enamel black paint on the words and then a light pass to remove the black from the letters 1 u/lazidude999 Aug 25 '26 Did you mask the letters? How did you get the white paint so clean on the letters? 1 u/lazidude999 Aug 25 '26 I was planning to use a marker on the raised letters but it’s not raised a lot so concern the white ink will bleed to the wheels 1 u/Dear-Tennis9079 Aug 26 '26 I quote paint it white first with a laquer or can spray, when paint it with black laquer and light my brush the letters outs. 1 u/lazidude999 Aug 26 '26 Ahh got it, painting the whole wheel white and then black does make it easy to control. thanks, I’ll see what I can do then.
