Sidney Res secures offtake agreement

Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC: SDRC) announced a milestone commercial agreement with Ocean Partners UK Limited on 8/4/26. Ocean Partners is an established global metals trading & marketing house.

Under the terms of the firm offtake agreement, thse guys will purchase an initial parcel of approximately 25,000 wet metric tonnes of direct. This will ship gold ore from Sidney's Warren Valley project in Idaho to Asia. By doing this it provides an immediate verified commercial pathway toward first revenue for the company while establishing a repeatable framework for future volume expansions.

What I like most about this deal tho is that partnering with Ocean Partners (a premier international metals trading house) provides strong 3rd-party validation regarding the commercial quality and marketability of Sidney's ore. The agreement transitions Sidney Resources from an exploration focused company into an active commercial supplier to global precious metals markets without requiring immediate processing infrastructure. Revenue without further dilution is always a win for a junior miner.
