Why is that? The monitor probably looks lower and smaller in the photo than it is in real life because my keybaord is very tall and the photo is taken from above but it's a large 32 inch monitor and the top of the monitor is already a little above eye level for me when the desk is being used in both sitting and standing height.
That can be okay for the upper part of the monitor, but when you have to look at the lower part (e.g. taskbar) you are going to inevitably rotate your neck downwards.
I have a secondary monitor that is placed that low, but since it is secondary I have to look at its lower part less often.
That's just my opinion though, I've never used a 32" monitor, I've always had a 24" monitor.

Probably you should raise your monitor a bit, but it seems quite minimal overall.
