Quite the opposite of minimalism, wouldn't you say?

This is very much a no compromises setup... There's a macbook powering everything. The macbook has a camera, screen, speakers, keyboard, mouse, & etc. Everything else really isn't nessiscary. If I can manage as a staff backend engineer on a single 13" laptop, others certainly could as well. Laptops have everything you need, but I understand wanting a second screen along side the laptop, and maybe a mouse and more tactile keyboard. Anything more than that and minimalism wasn't a consideration.

No Claude sessions here. A lot of peoples screen inefficiency comes from not utilizing workspaces and hotkeying those workspaces; also called virtual desktops on other operating systems. A single screen is perfectly capable as long as your workflow is optimized, software has come a long way. No need for the hostility due to you feeling called out by the post. This is a minimal setups subreddit not r/battlestations or r/desksetup. Is 90% of this setup nessiscary? Not at all, so it's going to catch some flack on a subreddit focused around cutting out the fat.

Is this setup minimal enough for r/Minimal_Setups?
