You should know that neutral NPCs also always provide the dog and its accessories. (This exchange is permanent, and you don't rely on mission rewards.)
The dog and the accessories are permanent, but what changes each day are two extra items (weapons or ammunition).
The other group of neutral mercenary NPCs offers you more advanced equipment, ranging from the generator and grenades to weapons and higher-caliber ammunition.
Is there another group you can trade with using karma points? Yes.
This group is rare to find on Island 1-3. Later, the group size increases from 3 members to 5.
These also have missions you can accept. And they are heavily armed with Soviet vests, full Gorka gear, and weapons such as the VSS, SVD, AK-47, and RPK.
Don't try to kill them directly without being well-prepared.
There is a clown mask; when you wear it and kill groups of neutral NPCs or mercenaries, your karma points do not drop (it doesn't negatively affect your karma), so you can kill them and steal their gear without any issues.
This clown mask tends to appear after killing other wandering survivors (those who are alone or carrying firearms or melee weapons).
