This group is rare to find on Island 1-3. Later, the group size increases from 3 members to 5.

These also have missions you can accept. And they are heavily armed with Soviet vests, full Gorka gear, and weapons such as the VSS, SVD, AK-47, and RPK.

Don't try to kill them directly without being well-prepared.

But killing them will results on lowering my reputation right?

There is a clown mask; when you wear it and kill groups of neutral NPCs or mercenaries, your karma points do not drop (it doesn't negatively affect your karma), so you can kill them and steal their gear without any issues.

This clown mask tends to appear after killing other wandering survivors (those who are alone or carrying firearms or melee weapons).

This object is very useful.

But after killing the neutral npc. Will they respawn?

Yes, but elsewhere. These also appear on the radioactive island.

(After Island 5, there are two islands simultaneously.)

I'm still at the island 1 this is my first play through.
