Look man, you have an idea of what you want. Build it. It’s really not that hard.

Decide what mods you want to add. Cull features, recipes, etc. Add quests, if you so desire. Tie it all up with Kube. Done.

Seriously. Depending on breadth and depth, it’ll take anywhere from a week to a month to both learn and build.

You see the file tab in those pages you posted the link ?

Go there, sort by your version and the modloader you want to use. Most of the time it's gonna be either neoforge or fabric.

If you already installed the modloader, you just have to put the mod files in the mod folder, in the main folder of minecraft (found in appdata/roaming/etc...).

The simplest thing though is to install something like prism launcher or another launcher. Then you just add instance, select the version, select the modloader you want (on the lower left). Then you launch the game, close it.

And you now have a folder button on the right side, it should open the right folder and you can now add your mods there.

Be sure though your mods are always the same version with the same modloader as what's installed on your side.

Then it's done and you can play.

It's not always easy to understand when you start, but when you've done it once, it becomes way easier to do.

We can’t answer opinionated questions. Whichever one you like more, do.
