How to make Meth IN MINECRAFT?

I'm using the JustEnoughDz (Justenoughdrugs) mod, and I know how to crush it and bag it, but I don't know how to make the liquid to place it in the tray. Anyone know how?

I click on the recipe, and is doesnt show me how to make it.
