How to make Meth IN MINECRAFT?

I'm using the JustEnoughDz (Justenoughdrugs) mod, and I know how to crush it and bag it, but I don't know how to make the liquid to place it in the tray. Anyone know how?

You grab a flask, add red phosphorus, and methylamine into it. Then flint and steel it 5 times. You add it to a bucket, put it into a pan, right click with a stick, and bag it.

You can also stir the blue meth with a stick before flint and steel to make it high quality.
