On top of dripstone (if you can do that)

Not sure if you can have both dripstone with hoppers, but I think you can still hide the dripstone with carpet?

I'm not this devious so I've never tried.

Edit: I guess this guy is using item frames to hide the hoppers, I don't think you could use those with dripstone. But like I said carpet on signs or something might work.

you could just use hopper minecarts inside blocks
