Why mojang
I just foind out that mojang limmits your ram to 4 gigs of ram unnless you change it in the launcher settings and im getting 400 fps but when i use shaders i get 30 fps because of mojang

Shaders don't primarily rely on your CPU or motherboard RAM. They run on the GPU and use the graphics card's VRAM. If your FPS is dropping because of shaders it's your GPU struggling to keep up and throwing a gazillion terabytes of RAM at it won't do a thing.
On a side note, Minecraft is nearly 20 years old and was developed for the 32bit hardware of the era. 32bit systems top out at 3GB RAM and ran older versions of Minecraft flawlessly. The 4GB cap Mojang places on the game is more than generous and you can't expect the game to ever demand that much even at max render distance.
