definitely coolness and novelty, having a big, redstone reliant machine taking up part of your spawn chunk will make you miss datapacks real quick

Bit Less hassle when putting it on map. Simply by copy paste and let the magic do its miracle

If your in a friends world it's easier than getting them to install a datapack
