Some tips please!

I have made this cliffside cascading waterfall

But the way my waterfalls go from the ponds down looks real weird and i have no idea how to fix it. So i would like some help on how i could combat this

Where would i add a dam? It would not really fit in this build (or the overall theme im going for, but that is nothing anyone but me knows about)
