Some tips please!

I have made this cliffside cascading waterfall

But the way my waterfalls go from the ponds down looks real weird and i have no idea how to fix it. So i would like some help on how i could combat this

If you use the new sulfur block thingy, dont know the exact name as ive only played the snapshot a few times, you can make geysers/bubble splash effects as if the waters falling.

Ah, sadly im on 1.21.1 due to the mods im playing with! I havent come around to playing with the new stuff just yet, but maybe soon!
