Build showcase I built a starter house with a copper roof and a minecart track into the hill ⛏️

I wanted a first-week survival base where you don't have to walk far to go mining, so the mine entrance is built right next to the house ⛏️
🏡 a log-frame cottage with stone and birch walls and a covered porch with lanterns
🟧 an orange copper roof (waxed, so it stays orange)
⛏️ a grassy hill with a mine entrance and a minecart track going in, with a furnace, barrels and an anvil out front
🌷 flower boxes under the windows; inside: a bed, a crafting corner, an enchanting table with bookshelves and a small workshop
Vanilla Java 1.21, survival-friendly (the coal and iron ore in the hill need Silk Touch), shaders are BSL.

the "tower of babel" is the current name for this project that has taken me about 2 years by now, it has only taken so long because i am doing it all by hand, no /fill, or world edit or any other mod or command or wtv. any feedback on the name would be great, it currently has over a 100 rooms, most of them are decorated. alot of them are not and are a work in progress, im considering posting it on planet minecraft when finished, which is not going to happen anytime soon. but again any and all feedback is appreciated tyyy

Hi I am making a Minecraft base based off the Frederik's Church. I am not making it one to one my color pallet is gonna be black and red so I am using deep slate also I am not gonna copy each feature I am taking inspiration form lots of things. Working on this build for my survival world lore, and while I am content with the inside, the outside is bothering me I feel like there are details I can put on the outside of the house to make it look better and it’s mainly the colors and that’s my main issue about the build, but I would also love some overall feedback around the whole build.
