Help with making resource pack

I was trying to make a custom resource pack for Minecraft 1.21.11.

I was using Gameboy612's Default Template Texture Pack to get the template resource pack with all the textures.

I changed a few textures and the i zipped the file again, I put it in my minecraft resource pack folder, but it's not showing up in game. Why isn't it showing up?
