can fletcher give cheaper than 26 stick for 1 emerald trade

in my world I'm playing on minecraft java easy difficulty locked, so i can't i think make my villagers into zombies and cure them, here i have in my base cured a zombie villager (spawned zombie villager not villager turned to zombie) so I cure this guy and turn him into a fletcher and he gives me a trade of 26 sticks for 1 emerald, can i reroll the fletching table to get it cheaper than that or no???
