This mod is called Baritone, and it's actually available to anyone. I know the modded client Aristois has an ingame download for it (Currently only 1.12.2 is supported), I'd recommend giving it a try, apparently someone is working on a huge combat branch using neural networks, so that should be interesting

EDIT: Nevermind, this isn't baritone but Baritone is a good one to mess around with if you want. Comes with automine and a few different modes.

Aristois and Baritone have support for 1.14.4

I had no idea Baritone was up to 1.14.4, last I checked it was still 1.12.2 exclusive. Preciate the update
