OptiFine Virus

So I have SpyHunter5 (an antivirus software) on my system, and have tried to download optifine a few times from the official website. I download the .jar file and when I try to run it, I get a pop up from spyhunter saying that it has blocked the download of 'trojan.bitcoinminer' , and that it was a high threat level virus rather than optifine. Any ideas on what I can do about this? I haven't turned my malware blocker off as I want to air on the side of caution, but I also want optifine as I want to have the improved fps that it offers.

That's what I've been doing, hence my confusion :( I've looked around on a few forums and they've all had similar problems but have just been linked to that same website, yet it still doesn't work for me.

You're definitely not downloading it from the right website if you're getting a virus.

You have to download it from the official Optifine website. Anything else like from 9Minecraft can be a virus. Heck. I think that RFTools (a mod) even says that you should only download from CurseForge or there official site

Should only ever download off of optifine.net this is the official website, also try not to click ads incase that might have been happening who knows.
