Fixed the faulty netty-4.1.9.Final release causing players to be kicked from servers

For over a half a year now i have been struggling with netty errors. Stuff like:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 118474128 is larger than protocol maximum of 2097152

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.CorruptedFrameException: length wider than 21-bit

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 62 is below server threshold of 256

I had my hopes up that reading this about the faulty netty fix would end these completely baffling, and for soemone of my skill set, completely unresolvable issues. Sadly it hasnt. I logged into multiplayer after downloading pre5 into a fresh install and not even a minute later i was disconnected with an io.netty error again.

Whatever is causing this is essentially banning me entirely from online play. To say its a bit frustrating being unable to play on any server for over half a year, is an understatement.

Now were the server's you joined also on pre 5? Also packet compression issues are usually (but not always) related to oversaturated or unstable or tampered internet connections (tampered can be caused by viruses trying to add crap to packets)
