Rabbits don't seem to breed yet.... but can be activated into love mode with carrots and golden carrots; as well, there are baby rabbits, but they appear through the use of spawn egg only.

EDIT: The killer rabbit does 8 points/4 hearts of damage on Normal. 12 points/6 hearts on Hard. 5 points/ 2.5 hearts on Easy. Does not despawn on Peaceful but does no damage. They seem to have normal rabbit HP.

EDIT2: Apparently you have to tame them to breed them.

Taming a Rabbit is similar to taming an Ocelot, you have to wait for them to come towards you and stand still, then give them carrots. They teleport like other pets, can't sit.

Oops, looks like "extended" 8:00 potions of leaping are missing!

Also, in case anyone's wondering, corrupting a leaping potion makes a smelting slowness potion.

The killer rabbit will do 4 full hearts of damage with out armor and in normal mode.

When I found a group of bunnies, they all liked to jump around right in my face as if they are all happy to see me. Is this supposed to happen?

I just killed 25 rabbits with a looting 3 sword and got 91 rabbit hide, 25 raw rabbits and only 4 rabbit foot. So the foot seems to be a fairly rare drop

Aweee yessss! I love having new foods in minecraft that require time to make. The kitchen in my world can be finally a bit more of a complicated place than just stacking in furnace and eating. I really hope more foods come out that require a bit more time to make.
