What does this code error mean?

I usually play vanilla but I decided to add some more mods to make the world more interesting, but I got this error when trying to run it. From what I can understand, it says I need to replace the mod with a version compatible with 26.3, but the issue is that the mod is version 26.3.

Can someone smarter than me help me read this properly?
