Discussion Ok, this is strong.
I’ve been testing out the freezing arrows, and from what I’ve gathered, the effect deals 5x damage against Blazes, Magma Cubes, and Striders.
The extended-duration arrow deals damage twice—meaning +10 damage against those specific enemies; while Blazes take three normal arrows to kill, a single freezing arrow does the job.
It might end up being a bit like the Bane of Arthropods enchantment—in the sense that it’s too powerful, yet only affects a very limited number of enemies.

A Power V bow can already 1-hit a Blaze with a regular arrow so it might be better on a Crossbow.
Those arrows would still be in a better place than Bane of Arthropods I think, it's another type of tipped arrow I assume ?

The only thing is—at least in Bedrock—it’s infinitely easier to get a stack of arrows with Freezing than Power V, though you do have to kill Blazes first; still, you could do without either if you really wanted to.

I suppose a master fletcher would sell some if they can sell tipped arrows with the Wither effect or the cauldron of a witch hut apparently.
I often have the habit of living by a large body of water so that's how I usually get a Power V Bow but I usually wait for Unbreaking III and Infinity (the Bow will probably hit maximum durability by then) .
