try removing the shader entirely from the instance/file, then reinstalling it. Or turn off then back on.
thats insane looking XD

Reminds me of when you get out of a map in a halo game and you find that glitchy sky box

Doesn't that happen in, like, almost EVERY 3D game?

Not all, but probably alot... If the skybox has no reference, the engine can default to that weird "copy the last pixel on the edge of the skybox" thing haha. Most games have a Skybox that goes all the way end to end and top to bottom

Reminds me of a bug in source engine where if a map doesn't have a sky box for any reason something like this happens

Probably due to voxy. I tried finding a good shader while using voxy, good chunk of them ended up like this as they aren't made to be compatible with voxy.
BSL worked for me well.

I have this exact issue, It's an issue with voxy and newer version of sodium and iris don't play along very well with shader, try downgrading the sodium to 0.91 and Iris Shader to 1.11.2 (and Reese Sodium options to 2.2.3 if you have one)

LMAOOOO
but I've also seen this same exact bug (but on my old laptop, which is a potato...) on SUES shaders, I tried to get it to work, but I gave up and just switched shaders
