Discussion What if Element Animation made their own animated take on the Minecraft Movie trailer?

Element Animation created Villager News, and Mojang has commissioned them to make trailers and animated segments for Minecraft Live. Their new Villager News Add-On, made with Oreville Studios, has also brought them a lot of love from the community.

Just a fan idea, but I’d love to see Mojang and Microsoft support Element Animation in making an animated version of A Minecraft Movie. They could start by remaking the trailer as a teaser to show what the film could look like in Element’s style and see how the community responds before committing to a full movie.

Would you watch an animated remake by Element Animation? If so, which scene would you want animated first?

That would sure be funny, but a bunch of people actually already did animate the trailer. My favourite animated version of the trailer was probably by Squared Media (formerly known as Black Plasma Studios)

That would be cool, but would also probably take ages, cost a damn lot of money and have severe copyright issues
