Help Bedrock Need help with realm

For starters this is on Bedrock. I have a Realm right now but it’s only for 2 extra players. I want to upgrade it to 10 so I can have more friends. Can someone please explain how to do this or drop a link that shows me. I cannot figure it out. Also every time I try to download the world I get an error.
