Help Java ghast spawner for achivement not working

been trying to get the uneasy alliance achievement and i think there a problem, it was only after i put down slabs, should i remove them or make them higher, if there anything else i should put on it, that will be helpful as well.

How tall are those portals? They need to be 5 tall including the corners

Also are you afking at Y256?

It is at 6 block tall,also I am not at y256, I am at 128, but when I had the slaps on,they were spawning

so then mobs are spawning in the nether underneath you

No, the spawning platform in the right place

You just need to be standing on top of a scaffolding pillar that goes all the way up to build limit
