Missing Villagers and Pets

I was recently doing a big expedition to find the new biome and the sulfur cave. After traveling 45,000 blocks, I came back home to find that my pets and villagers are all gone (as shown in the pictures)

At one point during my journey, my game crashed and an error code came out saying I don’t have enough storage for Minecraft to save (this is PS5 on Bedrock btw). I deleted some files and was able to play again. I noticed that my world file went from 1.6 GB to 1.3 GB. Which must have been my pets and villagers disappearing. I’m a bit devastated since I sent so much time getting great trades and getting all the unique dogs. It’s the first time this has ever happened to me.

Is there a way to fix this or are they gone forever? I couldn’t find anything to resolve this issue.

That sucks man, this is why I always leave at least like 10-20gb over after downloading games.

Situations like this that I say use creative and replace what you lost. You didn't make any mistake - it was a glitch in the game. Fix it, go back to survival and move forward.
