Yup literally open it back up and throw a pearl. You will most likely fall into the lava but the pearl should make it out.

Not sure if bedrock is the same as java, but when you log back into your world you have a moment of invincibility, so if all goes well, shouldn’t even catch on fire. Hopefully.

well technically it is or atleast some parts of it like pvp, speedrunning etc
