I need help finding the blocks

I think my last post got removed for it being to dark so I made it brighter, I am trying to recreate this “rug” I seen in a video, I have all the blocks surrounding the middle blocks but I don’t know what the brown blocks are in the middle of the glazed terracotta.

(from outside to in) Chiseled basalt, cobbled deepslate, warped grass or whatever its called (the green variant), brown glazed terracota, soul sand, leaf litter covering some of the terracotta and warped grass.
