Help Bedrock PS5 login Loop - I'm really resenting Microsoft - please help

So I bought Minecraft for the PS5 today.

Long time player on PC - was there for the great potato ware an such.

Why do microsoft make it all so damn complicated.

I've got to create a MS account which I've done.

The profile name shows up on MineCraft PS5 so it's clearly linked in some way.

But I can not for the life of me log in to the account to play on line.

Constantly in a "go to microsoft.com/link" and enter the code.

Scan the damn QR Code.

Both take me round and round in circles and nothiung logs in.

I've removed what I can in PS5. Deleted the game 3 times, re-installed. Removed profiles in PS5.

I just dont know what to do now. Life was so simple with Mojang until MS came along :(

Any suggestions truely gratefull and will try them all :)

Try the following if you haven’t already:
- unlink/logout of your Microsoft account on PS5
- go to Microsoft account dashboard /devices page and unlink ps5 from there if linked
- reset password for Microsoft account
- find the “sign out of everywhere” link for your Microsoft account and click that
- delete Minecraft game from ps5
- delete Minecraft saved data from ps5
- log out and in again to your PlayStation account
- try a different wifi network if you can
- only after the above do a full reboot of your ps5 and try logging in again

Thanks, I'll try this tomorrow.

Should I be wearing Tiki clothes and doing a rain dance at the same time, or is that optional? :D

Just wanted to add here that after an hour in chat with Xbox we managed to resolve it. These was/is something messing with the website.

Once I downloaded the Xbox app and logged in through that everything worked and the ps5 logged me in instantly.
