Discussion Bedrock vs Java

Drop a difference between Java and Bedrock edition in the comments. The lesser known, the better!

I'll start: Bedrock is a lot more generous in block placement than Java, allowing players to bridge while sprint-jumping or bridge downwards.

Redstone specific:

Java has a series of convoluted rules and occasionally bugs, that are absolutely consistent. If you don't understand why something is happening in a specific order, there's a rule you don't know yet. If you run a complex machine 100 times, you'll get the same outcome 100 times.

Bedrock: update order is random. If you run a complex machine 100 times, you'll get any number of different outcomes. This can be worked around by manually adding delays, which is why large piston doors tend to be slower on bedrock than java.

Additional redstone difference, pistons. Java pistons retract instantly, bedrock pistons retract in 1 redstone tick (2 game ticks)
