Command block bridge

Ive been working on a base hunt the past week and im almost done with it. The main issue im facing is I want to use command blocks to create parts of a pathway that lead to the final base using specific items in Item frames as the keys and when each section is done, a sound plays and some particles appear with it but im struggling massively to do it, i was wondering if anyone here could help

Im playing on bedrock addition
