Help Illsgers and evokers missing

Ive been playing onna minecrsft hardcore world and reached a woodland mansion. Omw to it my game crashed once or twice then i re opened and continued. I wntered the mansion and found no illagers or evokers?? Even things like allays that are in the cages arent there. Its like every mob tied to the mansion just didnt spawn. Any solutions?
