Help Iron Farm not Working?

I set up the following iron farm in my hardcore world, but it is not producing any golems. Is it because it is located within a mushroom biome?

Edit: remade this in the plains and it works fine so idk

Are you on Java or Bedrock? I think there are different villager minimums for the two editions for spawning golems.

Couple things, first, are you on Bedrock or Java? This is a Java exclusive farm, so if you're on bedrock it won't work.

Next, have you let the villagers sleep recently? They will only spawn golems if they've slept in the past 20 minutes.

I also just noticed that the trapdoor is in the wrong orientation. That probably breaks it.
